Terms of service
1. About Crawlony
Crawlony is a Windows program for auditing websites. It is provided by a private individual in Thailand ("we"). By creating an account or using Crawlony you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Your account
Use a working email address and keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Subscription and payment
- Crawlony Pro costs $29 a month, or the price shown at checkout. Any taxes are shown before you pay.
- The subscription is paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time under Manage subscription on your account page at crawlony.com. The subscription then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Apart from that, periods that have started are not refunded.
4. Your licence
- Your subscription gives you a personal licence to use Crawlony on one PC at a time.
- You can release the licence or move it to another PC, up to three times in 30 days.
- You may not share, sell or lend your licence, or work around the licence check.
- The program checks the licence when you are online and works for up to 7 days without a connection.
5. Using Crawlony responsibly
Only scan websites you own or have permission to scan. Do not use Crawlony to overload websites or break the law. You are responsible for the scans you run and how you use the results.
6. Updates and availability
We improve Crawlony over time, and updates are installed automatically. We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
7. Your data
Your scans and reports stay on your PC. How we handle your account data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Liability
Crawlony points out technical issues on websites; it does not guarantee rankings in search engines. To the extent the law allows, Crawlony is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to what you have paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Crawlony and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we tell you at least 30 days in advance by email or on the website.
11. Law
These terms follow the law of Thailand. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection given by the mandatory law of the country you live in.
